Designed 11 agentic skills as one connected system on Claude Code—not eleven standalone scripts. /project-setup writes the config every other skill reads
Gave /create-ticket a hard rule: never fabricate a missing field. An empty acceptance-criteria section beats a padded one—the same standard I'd hold a PR against
Built /observability-audit look for monitoring gaps. Included a guardrail to diff against its own last run—changed repos get a full re-audit, untouched ones carry forward at zero cost
The audit skill started inventing findings that sounded right and weren't. So I built /validate-audit—a second skill whose only job is catching the first one lying before anything reaches a dev team
Chained dedicated /research skill directly into /scope, so a vague 'how would we do X' turns into appropriately sized work items. Supports detail level from 10,000 feet to ready-to-assign tasks.
